Quality is of paramount importance but it has several areas that need to be addressed to ensure that we reach our goal of providing quality products & service. We do this by focusing on innovation, research, training, continual improvement and investment in new equipment. We do not tolerate poor attitudes in the workplace because this will reflect on so many key areas of our business. Like the quality of our products, service, delivery, etc which in turn will unnecessarily effect our customer, you! In a negative way. We build quality into our products in the first place rather than attempt to put out fires along the way. Every step of our manufacturing process is traceable through each product's batch code.
If a company has no means of identifying a specific batch of a product especially when a problem occurs how can that company talk about quality? Their problem becomes your problem no matter how you look at it !
When we deal with our suppliers we don't do business on price alone. We look at the overall picture, the level of quality & service, the ability to supply on time, etc and we build long-term relationships based on loyalty and trust. Having a good supplier saves us time and money by eliminating a lot of problems before they reach us. If our suppliers can supply on time and provide a consistent high quality component or raw material it's one less problem we have to deal with.
