Express Warranty

Helmar Australia Pty Ltd guarantees product to be free of defects
in manufacturing. Since we have no control over the use of this product, buyer’s exclusive
remedy shall be replacement of a defective product free of charge. There are no other
express or implied warranties as to the product or the results achieved, including the
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use.
